Deans Civil Engineering is a groundworks and civil engineering
specialist based in Scotland.
Since 2010, the business has grown to offer a range of services to clients
predominantly across central Scotland but with a UK-wide outreach. Sectors covered
include healthcare, education, renewables and commercial and private development, as
well as social and affordable housing.
The company’s scope of work ranges from pre-contract support with value
engineering, ground modelling and cost planning through to delivery of a full civils
offering for the construction phase, inclusive of remediation, bulk earthworks, construction
of roads and sewer systems, attenuation systems, public realm work, substructures and
complex basement, retaining wall and concrete superstructure
works, and so providing concept to completion solutions.
